Jacki at the GreenTree office is one of the best insurance agents I’ve ever worked with. I recently had frustrating experiences with other agencies I felt like a number, and answers were always changing, like I was bugging people- also like I was dealing with people just focused on sales numbers or something- but Jacki left me with such a sigh of relief and everyone in that office every time I call are professional, caring, mature and attentive. They really care about you as a person. I honestly don’t know if I will ever leave I’ve had such bad experiences with agents before. I really felt cared about and my mom also has nothing but good things to say about Erie btw. I’m going to make them holiday cookies I’m not even kidding. Definately go with Erie, the greentree office is on point.
