Great service. Tracy is a great representative!

It’s an insurance agency. But since you have to have insurance these guys are nice to deal with.

I have used Wilson and Associates for sever years now for home owners and auto coverage and appreciate their consistent communication and willingness to help me in understanding my policy and coverage. I had an accident last year and they worked with me, the repair shop and the claims department to make repairs seamless and easy.

I recently decided to explore my options for homeowner and car insurance. After making multiple calls, entering my information into several online quote generators I found that Erie was going to give me the best price. To me, price is not the only thing I weigh when it comes to insurance. How I’m treated as a customer is vital in my opinion and I knew as soon as Tracy answered the phone this was the place. She understood my reservations about changing providers and assured me that the process would be smooth. When Patricia called and explained to me that I would have to do some work on my part for the home insurance, I told her that I didn’t feel comfortable. Again, she assured me it would be fine, but to help she took the time to call my mortgage company and get all of the information that i needed. I feel that I’ve made a great choice switching to this agency and would recommend them to anyone.

My wife & I switched to Erie Insurance over 15 years ago from State Farm after meeting & discussing our insurance needs with Trish. What started out as a homeowners, multi vehicle & umbrella policy has grown into the addition of multi business policy’s & we could not be more satisfied. Trish, along with the friendly and knowledgeable staff are always willing to assist with decisions & answer any questions that arise. Unfortunately, we have also found out that Erie has great claim service on a few occasions. We highly recommend Wilson & Associates for all your insurance & investment needs no matter how small or large.
